How long will it take to ship my order?

Because our orders are made to order, Producing time could take 5 to 7 business days. After production of goods has been completed. Orders typically was shipped within 7 to 15 business days. 

My tracking number isn’t working.

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact us for supporting. 

I need help with a late order

If your order has not arrived after 3-4 weeks (domestic) and 30 business days (international), please contact us for timely support.

Do you offer Fast Shipping?

Yes, we do have Fast Shipping.

I just made an order but I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

Please order carefully. You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to help you out and cancel your order if possible. Please contact customer support at support@liquorio.com.
